This policy covers the game Haystack Together, published by Rigbak (Hakan Erunsal, sole proprietor). It explains what the game collects, why, and who else sees it. Playing the game means this policy applies to you.

Epic Online Services

Online features — sign-in, friends, parties, lobbies, matchmaking, saved progress and voice chat — run on Epic Online Services, operated by Epic Games, Inc. Using those features sends the data above to Epic, who process it as their own controller under their terms:

If you buy the game on a store — Steam, the Epic Games Store, Google Play, the App Store — that store handles the purchase and its own account data under its own privacy policy. Your payment details never reach us.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. It goes only to:

How long it is kept

Account and progress data lives for as long as your Epic account keeps it, under Epic's retention rules. Crash reports and technical logs are kept up to 24 months, then deleted. Voice chat is never recorded.

Where it is processed

Epic Online Services runs on servers around the world, including in the United States. Playing online means your data may be processed outside your own country, under the safeguards Epic describes in their policy.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — the EU/EEA and UK under the GDPR, California under the CCPA, and elsewhere — you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to how it is used. Account and progress data held by Epic is handled through your Epic account: see Epic's help portal. For anything we hold directly, write to us at the address below and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the EU/EEA where that limit applies, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it. Epic operates its own parental controls and Cabined Accounts for younger players.

Security

Traffic between the game and the online service is encrypted in transit, and saved player data is encrypted at rest by the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute safety — but we will tell affected players and the relevant authority if a breach puts personal data at risk.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date. A change that materially affects you will also be announced in the game or on our store pages.
